PRINCETON CENTER MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE.
Minutes, March 21, 2013.
The committee met at 10 AM. Present were Louise Dix, Carl LaPointe, Terry Thompson, Gaile Rollins and Jon Fudeman.
We discussed snowplowing and shoveling. Gaile identified several lapses. It was resolved that Jon Fudeman would inform John LeBeaux.
Gaile reported interest on the part of Heritage Church to establish a thrift shop in the Center School. The board members were supportive.
It was agreed to allow the current Sunday Church Group to use the senior center for bible study at no extra charge above the current $600 a month fee they are currently paying.
We discussed the insurance certificate that Diane Featherstone provided. On the surface it appeared to be inadequate both in form and amount of coverage. An examination of her file revealed that the lease present expired and 2007. A discussion ensued concerning the advisability of having current leases for all tenants and what constituted evidence of insurance coverage. It was resolved that Jon Fudeman would raise the issue with John LeBeaux and suggest contacting town counsel for advice on this matter.
This terminates the minutes of the meeting.

I note as a supplement hereto that I spoke with John LeBeaux after the meeting. I informed John about the lapses in snowplowing. He told me he would look into this. I also spoke with John about and proof of insurance. He did not believe it was necessary to contact town counsel on this matter. He informed me that current leases and proof of insurance are required.
